Palos Community School District 118 invites you to participate in our first One District-One Book community reading adventure! We are reading The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery. Register online to participate, and district families may purchase a copy of the book for only $3.50 at the District 118 Web Store while supplies last. We will be reading from January 14-February 8 and gather for a grand celebration at Palos South Middle School on the evening of February 9.
We will post Chapter Quotes, Think & Read Questions, Optional Activities, and chapter podcasts as follows:
January 14 - Chapters 1-9 from Palos West Staff
January 21 - Chapters 10-18 from Palos East Staff
January 28 - Chapters 19-27 from Palos South Staff
You can earn chances to win prizes at our February 9 celebration by adding comments to blog entries below, or by completing activities and turning them in to the library-media center in your school or emailing them to prince@palos118.org.
